How to gain weight in one month
Step 1: Eat More Calories (Very Important)
You need a calorie surplus.
Simple rule:
👉 Eat 500–700 extra calories/day
Best high-calorie foods:
Rice, roti, bread
Potatoes, sweet potatoes
Banana, mango, chikoo
Peanut butter 🥜
Dry fruits (almonds, cashews, raisins)
Milk, curd, paneer
Eggs, chicken, fish (if non-veg)
Cheese, ghee, butter (moderate)
🕒 Step 2: Sample Daily Diet Plan
🌅 Morning (after waking)
1 glass milk + 2 bananas
5–6 soaked almonds
🍳 Breakfast
3–4 eggs / paneer bhurji
2–3 roti or bread
1 fruit
🍛 Lunch
Rice or 3–4 roti
Dal / chicken / paneer
Vegetables
1 bowl curd
☕ Evening Snack
Peanut butter sandwich
Fruit shake or smoothie
🏋️ Post-Workout (or evening)
Banana shake with milk + oats + peanut butter

😴 Before Bed
1 glass warm milk
🏋️ Step 3: Exercise (Don’t Skip!)
If you eat more without exercise, you’ll gain fat only.
Best workouts (4–5 days/week):
Squats
Push-ups
Pull-ups
Bench press
Shoulder press
Deadlifts
⏱️ 45–60 minutes/day is enough.
😴 Step 4: Sleep & Recovery
7–8 hours sleep daily
Muscle grows while you rest
